Growing up in Miami in the 1990s, Sandra was surrounded by pastel-colors, humid nights, and music that pulsed like a heartbeat. But she was also drawn to the eerie, to folktales whispered at family gatherings, to the beauty in the macabre. That contrast- light and dark, vibrant and haunting- became the foundation of her artistic voice. It’s what she calls TROPI-GOTH, where the tropical meets the gothic, where darkness and joy coexist.
